Jin An Corporation was established in 2012 and is located in Zimbabwe’s Midlands Province, in Gweru.

Annually producing 100,000mt and grossing approximately USD$90 million a year from our ferroochrome exports, the JIN AN GROUP is the top foreign currency earner in Zimbabwe.

We are the only company in Africa which can produce high carbon ferrochrome to silicon chrome and low carbon ferrochrome.

Employing over 2,000 members of staff, we have significantly boosted job creation in the communities we operate in and are committed to providing a clean, safe and friendly working environment for our employees. Our state of the art equipment and highly qualified technical expertise, has seen us become one of Africa’s leading ferrochrome producers

As well as ferrochrome, the Jin An Group conducts chrome ore mining within our 3 chrome ore mines, optimises the chrome recovery rate at our 4 chrome concentrate plants, smelts at our 3 ferrochrome alloy smelting plants, produces oxygen and electrode paste at our respective plants as well as engages in beneficiation and waste recycling, where slag is used to produce construction materials at our brick plant. Our coal mining operations are pivotal to power generation, not only for our own consumption, but also to feed into the national grid. Here we further produce high quality coking coke at our cutting edge coking plant.

We are also heavily invested in the local health sector at our world class Healthpoint Upper East Medical Centre in Harare.

The Jin An Group is also proudly associated with the multi-national construction machinery manufacturing company Liugong, where we are the sole distributor and after sales and service partners of Liugong machinery and equipment.
